Are you tired of walking alone? Looking for a new way to motivate yourself and others to get moving? A Walking Club is an excellent way to expand your workout – and help many people improve their overall health goals. Get your family, friends, grab your walking shoes, and make a difference in your life and others!

At Lange’s Anti-Aging & Wellness, P.A., we believe that a great way to start a refreshing day, especially when you are feeling low, is to exercise, and even better if you grab a partner. So some patients, friends, and family members join us to exercise in parks, trails, and at our office. In our small meet up groups we learn and practice Neuro Dynamic Exercises, Balance and Vestibular Exercises, Calisthenics, Plyometric, and Core Rehab; We do a few 5k Run/Walks throughout the year including Seasons 52 Park Avenue, Autumn Run, Miles of Hope Walk for Breast Cancer, Miles for Smiles Children’s Cancer Base Camp, Watermelon July 4th Run, etc.

Group Exercise

  • Capacity will be limited to 6-8

  • Reservations are required

  • SIGN UP AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE—Verify the Date

  • THIS GROUP MEETS on 2 FRIDAYS a MONTH, WEATHER PERMITTING

  • Start with 5 minutes of stretching, followed by 10 minutes of Energy Boosting Exercise

  • FREE - Bring a Friend!

What should I bring?

  • Wear your HEART RATE MONITOR Please, we practice Safety to!

  • Water

  • Workout towel and or headband

  • Hat or visor

  • Shades

  • Fun Times!

  • Positive Vibes!

  • Dr. Lange’s TIPS to KEEP COOL OUTDOORS DURING FITNESS:

    *Fill a water bottle half to three-quarters full and pop it into the freezer. In the morning, add more water to the chunk of ice in your bottle. As you walk, the ice will melt into cool water and quite possibly last all through your workout.
